MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over two decades of legal practice experience as a commercial litigator and arbitrator, Chinedu (FCIArb – United Kingdom) heads the Firm’s Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Risk Management practice group. As a seasoned litigator, he has litigated on extensive range of issues, including that pertaining, but not limited to corporate recovery, receiverships and insolvency, company and partnership disputes, energy, oil and gas, environmental matters, maritime, real estate, intellectual property, telecommunications, finance and banking, contracts, commercial law transactions, family law and general litigation both at trial and appellate levels.

Bidemi Olumide
Director

Bidemi Daniel Olumide is a Partner at Anaje Olumide Oke Akinkugbe (AO2 LAW®). BD (as he is popularly called) leads the tax, finance, trusts and criminal law practices of the firm.  He has active experience in assisting clients in Nigeria, East and South Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America deal with their personal and business interests in different sectors of the African economy, including: agriculture, energy, aviation, entertainment, construction, fast-moving consumer goods, financing, Government, information & communication technology, medical services, non-for-profits, professional services, real estates, solid minerals, telecommunications and transportation.

Oyeyemi Oke
Director

Oyeyemi Oke leads the Energy & Extractives Practice Group of the firm. He is dual qualified as a lawyer and chartered accountant. He holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Oyeyemi has over a decade of experience and has also worked in legal services division of an indigenous oil and gas company, where he advised on various energy, finance, mergers & tax. Oyeyemi has been involved in leading oil & gas deals and was a team member in the Pre-Exporting Financing arrangements involving the NNPC and its JV partners in which over US$1billion was raised.

Abimbola is an experienced and solutions driven marketing and sales manager with avid knowledge in business development. She has demonstrable experience in achieving quantifiable results through the creation and delivery of targeted marketing strategies and campaign management.
